We strive to provide high-quality sarees at V.K.T silks and sarees and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We accept returns for the following conditions:
You have [5 or 6] from the date of delivery to return an item.
The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items purchased during sale or clearance periods are non-returnable.
Non-returnable items include:
Custom-made sarees
Blouses, petticoats, or any other stitched garments
Sarees that have been altered or worn

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions on how to send your saree back.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within [4 days].
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is granted, only the cost of the saree will be refunded.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a saree, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired product.

In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.
